CARIBBEAN SALT FISH FRITTERS aka SALT FISH CAKES

RECIPE 1 Cup Rolled Oats (blended in any blender) 2 Cups cooked salt fish (cod fish) de-boned 1 tbl spoon baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 of an onion diced 1/2 of a red bell pepper diced 1/2 tsp Mrs Dash table seasoning 1/4 tsp hot sauce Olive oil for frying Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl to a smooth batter. Heat the oil in a fry pan. Spoon out the batter (I used a cooking spoon) and place in the hot cooking oil and cook until brown, turning on both sides. Let them cool and Enjoy!
