Tips to help remind women on what they should be doing daily to become and stay healthy with today's hectic lifestyle.  The most important things to consider are:

(i)  to start you day with some form of exercise or stretches to get the system moving;
(ii) watch what you eat, when and how much to consume at once;
(iii) prioritise when it comes to your daily tasks, never overload yourself, avoid as much stress as you can;
(iv) find some time to be social, laughter as we know is the best medicine;
(v)  multi vitamins.
