Hi all, I am going to attempt to make a paleo bread.  This bread is perfect for all you folks that are following the Paleo diet.  This bread is also perfect for those who are on the candida diet.  Below are the ingredients and the method for preparation.

Dry Ingredients

3 tbl spoons almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1 cup oats flour (rolled oats)
1 tbl spoon baking powder
1 packet of stevia
1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients
4-5 eggs ( I used 4 large)
1/4 cup of coconut oil
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown.  You may want to insert a knife in the middle of the bread, if it comes out sticky, you will have to leave it in the oven a bit longer.  After baking, let it stand in the baking dish for at least 10 minites before removing.

In a medium size bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together.  Also, in another medium bow mix all the wet ingredients together.  Then pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and combine very well.  Pour the mixture in a well greased dish (I used a pyrex dish). I greased my pyrex dish with coconut oil.

For the rolled oats, I simply put the oats into a blender and mix it well.  You can do the same for the almond flour. Pour the almond nuts into the blender and mix well.
