To crochet this puff stitch you must make chain in multiple of 3. For this tutorial I made a chain of 12 plus 4. Row 1: dc in 4th ch from hook; work puff st in 3rd of the ch 4, (if in doubt see tutorial); ch 1, skip 2 ch, dc in next ch, work puff stitch in the 2nd of the 2 skipped chain, repeat this pattern to the end, dc in top of beginning ch 4; ch 3 turn Row 2, dc in dc next to the puff st on previous row, (refer to tutorial) then make a puff stitch in the space between the dc and puff stitch on previous row.  Continue in this pattern for as many rows as required.
