LARGE PETALS Row 1: Ch 4. 8 dc in first ch . Ch 1 turn Row 2 : 1 dc in next 2 dc. 3 dc in each of   next 2 dc. 1 dc in next 3 dc, 1sc in last st, ch 1 turn Row 3: 1 dc in   each of next 4 dc, 3 dc in each of   2 dc, 1 dc in ea of next 5 dc. 1sc in last st,   Ch 1 turn Row 4: 1 dc in ea of next 6 dc, 3 dc in ea of next 2 dc, 1 dc in   next 7dc, 1sc in last st, Petal made. Fasten off. Make 5 more. SMALL PETALS Same as large but stopping at Row 3, (make 4).   Follow video tutorial to see how to attach the petals. BASE OF THE ROSE Using green yarn. Row 1: Ch 6, 14 sc in ring, join with sl st to first sc. Row 2: sc in each sc around and join with sl st in first sc. Row 3: same as row 2. Row 4: ch 8, sc in 2 nd ch from hook, sc in next st, hdc in next 2 sts, 1 dc in next 4 sts, sk 2 ch and sl st in next ch, (first petal made) ch 8, repeat from, (5 petals when done.). Fasten off.
