NOTE: When crocheting using the Suzette stitch, always start and finish with a sc (single crochet). For all subsequent rows, always crochet in all the sc, on that row, skipping all the dc on that row. For this project you will need: Crochet Hook ( I used 4:00 mm) scissors yarn of your choice ( I used Lyon Brand No. 5 chunky, colour: Cream/Black yarn needle a button Instructions: Make a chain of 50 plus 2. Row 1. Sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, dc in the same sc, sk 1 st, sc and dc in the next st, sk 1 st, sc and dc in the next st. Repeat to the last st, in the last stitch make a sc, ch 1 and turn. Row 2. sc and dc in the first sc, sk the next dc, sc and dc in the next sc, repeat to the last st, in the last stitch make a sc, ch 1 and turn. Repeat Row 2 until you have reached the desired length of your project. I made 33 rows.
